Giant soap skin

In this exhibit, you can create a large “tube” of soap skin:

Stand in the middle on the grid and pull the ring upwards. With the right mix of momentum and caution, you’ll manage to stand for a moment in the midst of a glistening soapy skin. But what shape do you see exactly? And how does it change over time?
