Rotating Mirror

Mirrors can be used to do fascinating things.

The exhibit shows the behaviour of two mirrors that are at an angle of 60° and 90° to each other compared to a normal mirror. The difference becomes particularly clear when you put the individual mirrors into rotation. What do you think will happen? Can you also imagine how three mirrors standing perpendicular to each other in pairs behave?

Behind the exhibit is the mathematical concept of the reflection group.
